High-efficiency Refining Agent OB-1902

Suitable for the pre-treatment process of cotton fibers and their blended fabrics, it features excellent dispersibility and emulsifiability. Compared with traditional processes, it reduces the dosage of alkali agents in scouring and cuts down rinsing times after scouring, while achieving the same bleaching and boiling-off effect as conventional alkali-based formulations.

2.Applications and Features
Ø It boasts outstanding dispersion and emulsification performance, effectively removing fiber impurities, improving capillary effect and lowering the dosage of alkali agents during scouring.
Ø At 90℃ and above, it improves the utilization rate of hydrogen peroxide for high-efficiency scouring and bleaching, and effectively enhances fabric whiteness.
Ø It reduces alkali dosage, lessens fiber strength damage, causes minimal fabric weight loss, and leaves the fabric soft and fluffy.
Ø The fabric is easier to rinse after scouring and bleaching, which reduces rinsing times and acid consumption, and shortens the production process.
Ø Treated cotton yarns and knitted fabrics feature excellent hydrophilicity and uniform capillary effect with good level dyeing property, effectively solving uneven capillary effect issues.
3. Usage, Dosage & Recommended Process
Use at 1 part to 2 parts:
Normal dosage Low alkali dosage
Soda ash / Caustic soda 1.0-2.0g/L Normal alkali dosage
B1902 1.0-2.0g/L 1.0-2.0g/L
Hydrogen peroxide(27.5%) 6.0-8.0g/L 6.0-8.0g/L
Liquor ratio1:6-10 Temp:90℃×45-60min

4.Storage and Transportation
Store in a sealed container in a cool and ventilated place away from sunlight. The shelf life is 12 months. This product is not a dangerous good, non-flammable and non-explosive, and can be transported as a safe commodity.
