High concentration degreasing dispersant, low foaming, solvent-free. It features excellent degreasing, emulsifying and dispersing effects, and effectively prevents the aggregation and re-precipitation of oil stains and impurities.

2.Applications and Features
Ø Possesses excellent degreasing, emulsifying and dispersing properties, removing various oil stains, greases and impurities.

Ø Specially designed for degreasing polyester, polyamide, polyester-cotton and other fabrics, as well as one-bath degreasing, effectively reducing color stains and specks.

3. Usage, Dosage & Recommended Process
This environmental-friendly degreasing and scouring agent is mainly recommended for discontinuous degreasing, especially one-bath scouring and degreasing in dyeing processes.
As a high concentration product, it has swelling characteristics during dilution. Therefore, it is recommended to dilute with hot water (~50°C) (1:5 dilution is generally suggested, i.e., 20% concentration).
Dyeing one-bath degreasing process
Dosage of 20% dilution: 0.5~2.0 g/L
Treatment process: Follow the conventional dyeing process
The dosage can be appropriately increased if the fabric has high oil content or severe oligomer problems.
Discontinuous pre-treatment: Degreasing/Scouring
Dosage of 20% dilution: 0.5~2 g/L (adjust appropriately according to the contamination degree of fabrics)
Soda ash/Caustic soda: 0~2 g/L
Bath ratio: 1:10 ~ 1:20
Treatment: 70~100℃ × 20~30min
The specific process shall be adjusted appropriately by the user through sample testing according to actual requirements and production conditions.

5. Storage and Transportation
Store in a sealed container in a cool and ventilated place away from sunlight. The shelf life is 12 months. This product is not a dangerous good, non-flammable and non-explosive, and can be transported as a safe commodity.
