Soft and Smooth Hydrophilic Silicone Oil OB-D3620

This soft, smooth and hydrophilic ice-feel silicone oil is a special block silicone oil with excellent hydrophilicity, suitable for the hand feel finishing of rayon, viscose, cotton spandex and blended fabrics.

1.Properties

• Appearance:Milky white transparent liquid
• Ionicity: Weak cationic
• pH Value: 5-6.5 (10% aqueous solution)

2.Applications and Features

• This product is a special organosilicon with good stability.
• Suitable for rayon, viscose, cotton spandex and blended fabrics.
• Excellent and long-lasting hydrophilicity, with hydrophilicity retained even afterbaking at 190℃.
• Extremely low yellowing tendency, along with outstanding smoothness, softness and fluffiness; it imparts a delicate, soft and smooth touch, and the finished fabrics appear particularly full and supple.
• No roller sticking, no silicon spots and easy reprocessing in pad-roll process.
• APEO-free.

3.Usage, Dosage & Recommended Process

Pad-roll Process

Dosage: 20-80g/L       Setting: 120-180℃ for 50 seconds

Padding Process

Dosage: 2-8% (o.w.f.)  Process: Treat at 30-50℃ for 20-30 minutes, then dewater, and dry or set at 100℃.

The specific process shall be adjusted appropriately by the user through sample testing according to actual requirements and production conditions.

4. Packaging ：Packed in 125kg plastic drums.

5. Storage & Transportation 

Store in a sealed container in a cool and ventilated place away from sunlight. The shelf life is 12 months. This product is non-hazardous, non-flammable and non-explosive, and can be transported as a safe commodity.
