Stiff & Smooth Hydrophilic Silicone-OB-D3820
This is a special block silicone. It features excellent hydrophilicity and firm & smooth hand feel, and is suitable for hand finishing of rayon, viscose, cotton spandex and blended fabrics.
1. Properties

2.Applications and Features
- This product is a special organosilicon with excellent stability. It is suitable for rayon, viscose, cotton spandex and blended fabrics.
- It delivers excellent and long-lasting hydrophilic performance, and retains hydrophilicity after baking at 190°C.
- It boasts excellent compatibility, suitable for continuous finishing of cotton, linen and rayon.
- It imparts firmer, drier, softer and finer hand feel. The finished fabrics become full and lively.
- Padding process, non-roll-sticking, no silicone spots and easy reworking.
- Contains no APEO.
3. Application & Reference Process
Padding Process：
20-80g/L
120-180℃Setting，50s。
Dipping Process：
2-8%（o.w.f）.Temp. 30-50℃，Times 20-30min，Dehydration，100℃Drying or Setting.
4.Storage and Transportation：
Avoid direct sunlight, store sealed in a cool and ventilated place. Shelf life is 12 months.This product is not a hazardous substance, non-flammable and non-explosive, and can be transported as a general safe goods.
5.Packaging:Packed in 125 kg drums.
