Locking agent for anti-fibrillation of lyocell fiber and its blended fabrics. It can form effective cross-linking between fibers to reduce fibrillation. By reacting with fibers, it improves wash fastness, and effectively resolves pilling, whitening and discoloration of lyocell and blended fabrics after washing.

2.Applications and Features
- Effectively improves pilling, whitening and discoloration of lyocell fiber and its blended fabrics after washing.
- Effectively prevents fibrillation during subsequent dyeing and finishing processes of lyocell fiber and its blended fabrics.
- Suitable for anti-fibrillation finishing in one bath with dyeing, and can also be applied as a separate treatment prior to dyeing.
3. Recommended Dosage
Dilute the product and use it promptly. Diluted solution is not recommended for storage. Recommended dosage is as follows:
Separate finishing before dyeing or one-bath finishing with dyeing
Lyocell Locking Agent Dosage 2.0 ~ 4.0 g/L（o.w.f. ）
Anhydrous Sodium Sulfate Dosage 25 ~ 50 g/L
Soda Ash Dosage 15 ~ 30 g/L
60-70℃×40-50min
Precautions： This locking agent features a structure similar to reactive dyes. Sodium sulfate anhydrous (Glauber’s salt) is used for exhaustion and soda ash for fixation. The dosage of Glauber’s salt and soda ash shall be calculated as 50%~80% of the dye dosage.
The locking agent may slightly affect dye uptake and shade. Please conduct lab trials prior to bulk production.
The specific process shall be adjusted appropriately by the user according to actual requirements, production conditions and sample tests.
4.Packaging:Packed in 125 kg drums.
5.Storage and Transportation：
Avoid direct sunlight, store sealed in a cool and ventilated place. Shelf life is 12 months.This product is not a hazardous substance, non-flammable and non-explosive, and can be transported as a general safe goods.
